Although You may register as a Guest Member of the Service for free, You may be required to pay a subscription fee to use certain Paid Features of the Service. If You wish to use these Paid Features, You must become a Full Member and pay the fees that are specified on the web site. These fees are part of this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service at any time at our sole discretion.

If you become a Full Member either by choosing to subscribe for a Full Membership, or by choosing to Reactivate your Membership, you will be expected to reactivate your membership again at the end of the period you selected for your membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation request procedure indicated on the web site. When You cancel a Full Membership, you will remain a Full Member with access to Paid Features until the end of your already-paid billing cycle. At the end of said billing cycle, your access to Paid Features will be suspended. You may renew your Full Membership at any time by following the instructions on the web site.

Dandylorex is not responsible for membership cancellation requests that are not completed in accordance with the instructions on the web site. Cancellations requests which should be submitted via email will be handled during normal business hours in the order they are received. It is your sole responsibility to file any cancellation request properly and with enough time to ensure that it may be processed prior to the subsequent rebilling period. Receipts for subscriptions and confirmations of cancellation will be sent to you via email. It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct email address upon registering for the service in order to obtain such receipts and confirmations.

You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

All fees and charges are non-refundable, except in a situation where there is problem in providing the services paid for and the problem can be properly established to be from Dandylorex or where Dandylorex gives notice to the contrary at the management discretion.
